Damage within the warranty is repaired free of charge

Uncomplicated processing

Fill in the repair form, contact us if necessary, send in the device, receive confirmation of receipt and, if applicable, a quotation, release the repair, wait for the processing time and receive the repaired and tested device back.

Out of warranty according to offer

Self-inflicted damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty, but can be repaired by our service workshop upon request.
