This is why we have our own service workshop in Aachen, which can carry out all repair work on your Cyrus Phone. Here we centralize all service tasks in our service department, for optimal customer care from the very beginning, and guarantee personal support by our staff on site.

Service workshop

Our in-house service workshop has a solution ready to hand for almost every request. Order the repair via our Contact > Support and send us your device including an error description as well as a copy of the invoice. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will cover the repair costs for you.

Even the most robust mobile phone can have some problems. Within the warranty period, we will pay the repair costs for you, provided that the damage was not caused by your own fault and improper use.

Our service workshop offers simple handling

Contact us, request repair, send in the device, receive confirmation of receipt and, if necessary, a quotation, release the repair, wait for processing time and receive the repaired device back after it has passed the tests.

Beyond the warranty claims according to the offer

Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, but can be repaired by our service workshop in no time.
